Come here a few times.Very small restaurant but the staff are always very friendly.Food is always fresh and tastyHowever serving time can be a long wait during busy times or if you come in a group.Had the share platter before but found this fine the serving size had definitely decreased.The decor inside is very African and plenty to look at.Over all, great family run restaurant

Excellent food, with good portions. Great selection of cocktails and drinks. Very enjoyable atmosphere and the service from the owner is second to none. Felt right at home.

Was a nice experience, the food was delicious but wasn't quite the variety we were expecting. The service was wonderful and all the staff were really friendly.The restaurant was lovely as well, and gave you a real safari feel - however it did feel very crowded and there wasn't a lot of room between tables.Was a nice dinner and service and staff were top tier. :)

We had an awesome time here! Food and service is amazing! Real homely feeling from Mark and his team with unique and great tasting large portions of food. Steak perfectly cooked. It was a real Father’s Day treat for me! :)

Leopard Lodge Steakhouse
This is the fourth time I've been there and each time it's a great culinary adventure with a subtle blend of African flavors with a European touch in the presentation of the dishes, for example. Various beers are available including African and German beers and a Belgian pilsner (not enough for my taste being Belgian of origin lol) alongside Australian brands. The welcome is always so warm and the setting of the restaurant almost takes us on a trip. I can only recommend this excellent restaurant.

Food was below average. I've had better at the local pub. Steak was unappetising and not what was ordered. Rice was gluggy and tasteless. Parmigiana was supposed to have homemade chutney - tasted like bottled BBQ sauce.7 guests, $350, don't waste your money. Such a shame as we had been waiting years to go but didn't due to the price but decided to finally do it for a birthday. So disappointed.

My partner and I had a lovely dinner here tonight. This was our first time here and we plan to come back again.The atmosphere is gorgeous. Such a lovely African setting. I really felt like I was in an African hunting lodge. The staff are very friendly and helpful.The food was delicious. I had the full rack of pork ribs. The Monkey Gland sauce on top of the ribs is to die for. I wish they sold it in bottles to take home. My ribs were cooked well, maybe a little too well. I like my ribs to fall off the bone, unfortunately these didn't, but the side of delicious chips and salad helped to make up for it. My partner had the African parmigiana. I tried his chicken and it was so good. It was so juicy and tender I almost had food order remorse.Next time we go we want to try the share platter. We noticed a lot of diners were ordering this.I was pleased to see how popular the restaurant was. It is very family friendly, lots of parents and children. Also good for couples and friends wanting a good night out. I was impressed that despite how busy it was it wasn't loud in the restaurant. You can easily chat with your dinner party and be heard.I definitely recommend booking as it is pretty busy. We went on a Saturday night. I went through their website to book and had no problems.All up a great evening out. We definitely plan on going back.
